TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the website www.abstudioparis.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.

2. PRODUCTS
All products listed on the Site are described as accurately as possible. The photos are non-contractual. Products are available while stocks last.

3. PRICES
All prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT (where applicable). Prices may be changed at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.

4. ORDERS
Orders are confirmed after full payment is received. The customer must ensure the accuracy of the delivery address. AB STUDIO PARIS cannot be held responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. PAYMENT
Payments are made securely via Shopify Payments, credit or debit card, or any other method available on the Site. Payment is due at the time of order.

6. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 2 to 10 business days to the address provided. Delivery costs and times vary depending on destination and are displayed during checkout. The customer will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.

7. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order. The customer must return the product(s) in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

8. WARRANTY
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 to L217-14 and 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.

9. LIABILITY
AB STUDIO PARIS cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of the product. The total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is that of the registered office of AB STUDIO PARIS.
