Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with AB STUDIO PARIS. Below you will find our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• France: 2 to 5 business days  
• Europe: 3 to 7 business days  
• International: 5 to 14 business days  

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the carrier, customs, or local holidays.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.  
Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over 50€ within France.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at: admin@abstudioparis.com.  
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs but we will assist you in tracking the issue.

6. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. RETURNS DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we will notify you. A new shipment can be arranged at your expense.
